Fans describe Tami Mulcahys voice as "simply beautiful". It draws you in and the words take over. From the playful Water Me Down to the moving war tribute Lucky Forward, her new CD is story telling at it's best. Recorded in part with Grammy winning producer Enrique Gonzalez Muller, careful attention was given to organic flavorings in the vein of David Gray and Shawn Colvin. Tami is now back on the performance trail sharing her music. Her performance style has been called "personal and authentic". Wearing multiple hats in the music area, Tami also mentors young writers, teaches, is a past president of the West Coast Songwriters and recently started the South Bay House Concert meet up to foster growth of small venue music in the San Jose area. www.TamiMulcahy.com
In this show, Tami and Michael will each do a short set, and then finish with a set swapping back and forth and accompanying each other. Both have played in this series before and Michael has played for Fiddling Cricket many times in the past

"Kacey Jones, known for her comedy albums and hanging out with Garrison Keillor at Lake Wobegon, breaks your heart on this exquisite disc ("Kacey Jones Sings Mickey Newbury"). The blues have never been bluer, or more eloquent, and her seen-it-all voice is the perfect match for Newbury's poignant world view. Jones honors a singular talent as only another singular talent could." -David Wiegand SF Chronicle.
"There's a long tradition of female musician-humorists and Kacey Jones fits right in. Bottom line: here's one Kacey who hasn't struck out." -Ralph Novak, People Magazine
Phil Lee: former Flying Burrito Brother's Sahanachie records' release is The Mighty King of Love . Lee's music is the distillation of about 30 years' worth of playing in juke joints and bars from one end of the country to the other. His songwriting is uncommonly witty and as direct as a kick in the butt. http://www.reverbnation.com/phillee

Amee refers to her brand of Americana as Sagebrush Soul. Inspired by the sounds of Jeff Tweedy, Lucinda Williams and Esther Phillips, Amee has a gritty background as the daughter of prison workers. She has spent her life in Northern California and has been plucking the guitar since 5th grade. Over the past 30 years she has lived on a fishing boat in Moss Landing, a double-wide mobile home situated on a pumpkin patch, an isolated ridge on a goat farm, and now, right here in Santa Cruz with her wife and co-songwriter, Nichole.
Amee will be joined in this show by Ugly Mug favorite, Patti Maxine, for a stripped down presentation of the songs from her past CD releases. There will be harmonies, raw expression and storytelling in this rare acoustic performance.

She took flight in Southern California, and has been a major figure in the Los Angeles, Austin, TX and Nashville music scenes as well as Europe and Japan. Rosie's reputation as a high-octane rockabilly and country star is well established, and recent accolades have only made her musical bouquet fuller. Damn good songwriter, award-winning guitar player, and break yer heartstrings singer. Critical raves from prestigious publications such as the Los Angeles Times and Guitar Player magazine, an LA Weekly Music Award for Best Rockabilly Swing Artist, a 2007 cover story in the Austin Chronicle, and the proclamation of Rosie Flores Day in August 2006 by Austin Mayor Will Wynn was topped off by an induction into the Austin Music Hall of Fame in 2007.
